A well-kept business site.
Every day, automatically.
Office campuses, business parks, logistics sites, hotels and hospitals often have large areas of grass around their buildings. A professional robotic mower keeps that grass neat every week, works in the evening and at weekends when the site is empty, and runs fully electric. Your facilities team or landscaping contractor gains time for hedges, borders and flower beds.
What every grounds manager recognises.
A robot takes over the repetitive work, without extra staff or complicated scheduling.
Grounds maintenance as a fixed cost
Every mowing round by a contractor or your own team takes hours. With large lawns around the building, that adds up considerably over a season.
Your site is your business card
Visitors, customers and job applicants see the surroundings of the building first. Long grass or ragged edges make a sloppy impression.
Noise during working hours
A conventional mower next to meeting rooms and offices is disruptive. Mowing after hours with a crew is expensive and hard to schedule.
Sustainability targets
More and more companies report on their emissions. Petrol mowers and leaf blowers do not fit that story.
The robot follows your schedule.
You decide when the machine works. These are the three most common scenarios.
After working hours
The robot mows in the evening, at night or at the weekend, when the car park is empty and nobody is disturbed.
Zone by zone
Lawns in front of the building, verges along the driveway and green areas around the car park are scheduled separately, with no-go zones around terraces and borders.
Safe on a business site
If the machine detects an obstacle on its route, it slows down or stops. You follow every round live in the app.

What businesses & offices ask us.
Which robotic mower suits business premises? +
That depends on the area. The FJD FRX mows up to 8,000 m² per charge and handles slopes up to 25°, suitable for lawns around an office or SME building. For large sites there is the FJD Titan, with up to 36,000 m² per day. During a free site audit we recommend the right model.
How is it different from a garden robotic mower? +
A garden robot usually works with a boundary wire and is made for a private garden. Professional mowers such as the FJD FRX and the FJD Titan navigate with RTK-GPS and vision, without a wire in the ground, and mow thousands of square metres per charge.
Can the robot be stolen? +
The machines are secured. The FJD FRX has a PIN code, GPS tracking and an alarm that sounds when it is lifted, moved or leaves the geofence. The FJD Titan comes with a GPS module and an independent anti-theft module as standard.
Does the robot work alongside our landscaping contractor? +
Yes. The robot takes over the repetitive mowing, your landscaping contractor keeps looking after hedges, borders and flower beds. Landscaping contractors can also become partners and deploy the robots at their own customers.
Buy or lease, and who handles maintenance? +
You choose between purchase and operational leasing. Maintenance, updates and repairs are arranged separately with a service plan: Essential, Assured or Carefree. VerdaMachina is your single point of contact, from Belgium.
