Advice before sales
We start with your field, not the machine: a free audit and an honest payback period.
Smart technology
RTK navigation, LiDAR and AI planning for centimetre-precise, autonomous operation.
The questions we get asked most.
What exactly does an autonomous field robot do?
An autonomous field robot mows, marks lines or collects balls without a driver. During installation we scan your grounds once, after which the robot drives its own paths with RTK-GPS, accurate to a few centimetres. Depending on the model, LiDAR or cameras detect obstacles on the route, so the machine slows down, steers around them or stops. Your team plans the tasks in the app and follows the progress, instead of spending hours on the mower themselves.
Which robot suits my grounds?
That depends on the task, the surface and the area. For mowing you choose from four FJD robotic mowers, from the compact FRX for a single pitch to the RCM01 reel mower for fairways. For line marking there are five PaintMaster models, for sports fields, car parks and airports. Answer three questions in the product finder, or request a free field audit and we will advise you on your own grounds.
What does a field robot cost and when does it pay for itself?
The price depends on the model, the modules and the area, which is why we work with a tailored quote. With typical use the payback period is between 12 and 24 months, because the machine takes over hours of manual work and runs on electricity. With the ROI calculator you quickly see what it means for your grounds, based on your own labour costs and maintenance hours.
Can I buy or lease a robot?
Both. You can buy the machine or use it through operational leasing; we do not offer short-term rental. Leasing and service are separate agreements: you choose the service plan, Essential, Assured or Carefree, independently of how you finance the machine. That keeps every agreement clear. During the advice meeting we compare buying and leasing for your situation.
Who handles installation, maintenance and support?
We do, from Belgium. We install the machine, scan your grounds and provide training at handover. After that, VerdaMachina remains your single point of contact for maintenance, firmware updates and repairs, with no foreign helpdesk. You get a reply within 24 hours, in Dutch, French, English or German, and further follow-up depends on the service plan you choose.
Can I see the robot on my own field first?
Yes. We bring the machine to your site and demonstrate it on your own grass or paved surface, so you can see how it handles your grounds, your corners and your obstacles. If you want to test for longer, we set up a one-week pilot. The field audit is free and without obligation, and you get honest advice, even if a robot does not make financial sense for you.
