1. Who are we?

VerdaMachina, a brand of RoboCorpus Group, Blankenbergse Steenweg 10, 8377 Zuienkerke, Belgium. VAT BE 1042.126.626. Email info@verdamachina.be, tel. +32 495 79 65 98. VerdaMachina is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect the data you enter yourself. That can happen through several forms on this site:

• Contact form: name, organisation, email address, phone number, your interest and your message.
• Requesting a demo or pilot: in addition, the type of request, your sector, the size of your site and your preferred timing.
• ROI analysis: name, organisation and email address, together with the figures you enter in the calculator yourself (area, maintenance hours, labour cost).
• Newsletter: only your email address.
• Chat window: the questions you type and, if you leave them, your contact details.

When you submit a form, our server also records technical data such as your IP address and the time. This is to prevent abuse and spam, and that data is not used for any other purpose. We also track which pages are visited (see our cookie policy), but only if you give your consent.

3. What do we use it for?

Only to answer your request, schedule an appointment, demo or pilot, work out your ROI analysis and help you further. We use your email address for the newsletter only to send that newsletter; you can unsubscribe at the bottom of every issue. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and never sell it.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Retention period

We do not keep your data longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for, and delete it once it is no longer relevant. Technical logs against abuse are kept for 30 days at most. For the newsletter we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties, except with service providers who help us run the website and email, and only as far as necessary. When Google Analytics is used (after consent), anonymised usage data is processed by Google.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us at info@verdamachina.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
